Warranty Period
1 years coverage for manufacturing defects, including:

• Cracked, broken, or shattered polycarbonate lenses
• TR90 frame deformation due to natural causes
• Energized frame with negative ion readings less than 1000

Defective Parts Replacement:

• Customers must send the product for warranty via walk-in or post.
• Customers are responsible for courier fees when sending the product for warranty claims.
• Replaced eyeglasses will be returned via courier free of charge.
• If replacement parts are no longer available, we will provide a new pair of glasses as a replacement.
• The warranty period will remain as per the date on the original receipt.

Proof of Receipt:

• An official receipt is required to claim the warranty.

Tempoh Jaminan
1 tahun jaminan untuk kecacatan pembuatan, termasuk:

• Kanta polikarbonat retak, pecah, atau hancur
• Bingkai TR90 yang berubah bentuk akibat sebab semula jadi
• Bingkai bertenaga dengan bacaan ion negatif kurang daripada 1000

Penggantian Bahagian Kerosakan:

• Pelanggan perlu menghantar produk secara walk-in atau pos.
• Pelanggan bertanggungjawab untuk kos kurier semasa menghantar produk untuk tuntutan jaminan.
• Kaca mata yang diganti akan dihantar semula melalui kurier secara percuma.
• Jika bahagian gantian tidak lagi tersedia, kami akan menggantikan dengan sepasang kaca mata baru.
• Tempoh jaminan akan kekal berdasarkan tarikh pada resit asal.

Bukti Resit:

• Resit rasmi diperlukan untuk tuntutan jaminan.
